Drafting choices to check:

1. Queensland is excluded (cl 3). The HMAC pool may be "regulated general gaming equipment" (Qld Act s 100B, 200 penalty units). The only route found is an approved provider's system (TPAL claims approval No 221849), which needs a quote, a code change to pool.ts and a lead time we don't have. Excluding costs about 20% of the market for one campaign.
2. The A$10,000 test counts the most the three pools can award at the 600 cap, as one promotion: A$9,118.00 (asserted in odds.test.ts).
3. All draws finish in 2026 (cl 6 to 8): headline draws and the un-won-prize draw on 23 December, the last redraw on 30 December. Claims close at 5pm AEDT 29 December at the latest. Winners of the 30 December redraw claim into January 2027, which is performance of a completed draw, not a new draw.
4. Prize swap risk. The PS5 Pro is sold out in Australia. If no unit is in hand by Fri 6 Nov, change the Gamer headline to the PS5 Slim disc bundle in pack.ts and here before these terms are published or lodged in WA, never after.
5. Display errors (cl 8.6) lean on NSW cl 38(3), which excludes a mistake in the prize-winning symbol where the buyer knew what prizes were on offer.

Pulldog Campaign 1 Instant Win: Terms and Conditions

These terms form part of the promotion. By entering, you agree to them.

1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter is Studio Slate Pty Ltd, ABN 60 695 372 993, ACN 695 372 993, of Building H, 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West NSW 2140 ("Pulldog", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@pulldog.com.

1.2 Permits and lodgements:

• NSW: no authority required. The total value of all prizes is no more than A$9,118.00, under A$10,000.
• WA: terms lodged with the Gaming and Wagering Commission on [date].
• Queensland, SA, ACT and NT: residents are not eligible (clause 3.2).

2. Promotion period

2.1 The promotion runs from 00:00 AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 to 23:59 AEDT on Sunday 20 December 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). For any Series, entries stop earlier once that Series reaches 600 entries (clause 5.6). All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

2.2 Only packs paid for during the Promotion Period receive an entry. Packs bought before or after it, at the same price, do not.

3. Who can enter

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of purchase, are:

• (a) aged 18 or over; and
• (b) residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia or Tasmania.

3.2 Residents of Queensland, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Jervis Bay Territory and the Northern Territory are not eligible to enter or win. People living outside Australia are not eligible either.

3.3 The following people cannot enter:

• (a) our officers, employees and contractors;
• (b) employees of our agencies and suppliers involved in the promotion, including the independent supervisor; and
• (c) the immediate family of anyone in (a) or (b). Immediate family means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or anyone living in the same household.

3.4 Before you pay, you must give your date of birth, state of residence and residential postcode, and confirm that you are eligible. If you give false details, your entry is invalid and any prize on it is forfeited.

4. How to enter

4.1 Buy a Pulldog card pack (Gamer Series, Garage Series or Main Character Series) at pulldog.com.au during the Promotion Period. Each pack paid for is one entry for that pack's Series.

4.2 Entry is free. We charge the same prices whether or not a promotion is running, and do not charge more because of this promotion. No other purchase, fee or action is needed. Prices, including postage:

4.3 An order of several packs gives one entry per pack. Bonus packs won as prizes do not give an entry. No other bonus entries are given.

4.4 Each person can receive up to 10 entries per day (00:00 to 23:59 AEDT). We apply this limit by person, email address, payment card and delivery address. Buying more packs does not guarantee a win.

4.5 Packs bought above the daily limit in clause 4.4, or after a Series reaches its cap in clause 5.6, are still supplied at the same price, but they do not receive an entry. We tell you this before you pay. If one order crosses either limit, only the packs within the limit receive an entry.

4.6 There is no other way to enter. Entries cannot be bought separately, sold, transferred or exchanged. We do not sell entries, credits or plays.

4.7 We do not require or reward sharing, tagging, reviewing or following.

5. Instant prizes: how winners are determined

5.1 Pool places. When your payment is confirmed, each pack's entry takes the next place in its Series' pool, in the order payments are confirmed.

5.2 Blocks of 100. Each Series' pool is divided into blocks of 100 consecutive places. Every block holds exactly 10 winning places, so 1 in 10 packs is a winning pack.

5.3 Which prize. In each Series' 600 places, exactly one winning place carries the Series' mid prize. The other 59 winning places each carry a bonus prize. The prizes are listed in clause 13.

5.4 Fixed before the promotion starts. The positions of the winning places, and of the mid prizes, are fixed before the Promotion Period. They come from a 32-byte secret value made by a cryptographically secure random number generator. The process is:

• (a) the secret is generated before the Promotion Period, in the presence of [name/firm], who is independent of us;
• (b) the secret is sealed and not accessible to anyone who could enter or influence entries;
• (c) a fingerprint of the secret (SHA-256) is published in clause 13 of these terms, at pulldog.com.au/promotion, before the Promotion Period;
• (d) the positions are calculated from the secret using HMAC-SHA256, by the method published at [URL]; and
• (e) after the Promotion Period ends, we publish the secret, so anyone can check that it matches the fingerprint and recalculate every winning place.

5.5 Your result. Your result is shown on screen straight after payment, in your order confirmation email, and on the printed instant-win card in your pack. The on-screen animation displays the result your entry already carries. It does not decide the result.

5.6 Cap. Each Series takes up to 600 entries. Once a Series reaches 600 entries, entries close for that Series. Its packs stay on sale at the same price without an entry (clause 4.5).

5.7 Prizes on offer.

• A block's prizes are on offer once the first entry in that block is allocated. Prizes in blocks that are never reached are not offered.
• The number of instant prizes therefore depends on how many packs sell, up to the numbers at the cap in clause 13.
• The chance per pack is the same however many packs sell, in every Series:
  • any instant prize: 1 in 10;
  • mid prize: 1 in 600;
  • bonus prize: 59 in 600.

6. Headline prize draws

6.1 Every valid entry in a Series, winning pack or not, goes into the draw for that Series' headline prize:

• Gamer: PlayStation 5 Pro 2TB console and Grand Theft Auto VI (PS5, standard edition), valued at A$1,529.90.
• Garage: Milwaukee M18 FUEL 7-piece combo kit with three 5.0Ah batteries (M18FPP7C3503B), valued at A$1,649.00.
• Main Character: iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB, valued at A$2,299.00.

6.2 Each headline is drawn from the valid entries in its Series only. Your chance is one divided by the number of valid entries in that Series, which is never more than 600.

6.3 The three headline draws take place at [time] AEDT on Wednesday 23 December 2026, at [address], under the supervision of [name/firm], who is independent of us. The method is [random selection by name/system]. Headline prizes are drawn before the draw in clause 7.2.

7. Draws for un-won and unclaimed prizes

7.1 An instant prize in a block that has been reached becomes "un-won" if its winning place was:

• (a) not sold by the end of the Promotion Period;
• (b) on an entry voided under clause 3.4, 9 or 12.1; or
• (c) not claimed by the claim deadline in clause 8.3.

7.2 Draw on 23 December. All prizes un-won by the time of this draw are awarded by a random draw at [time] AEDT on Wednesday 23 December 2026, at the place and under the supervision in clause 6.3, after the headline draws.

7.3 Last draw on 30 December. Prizes that become un-won after the 23 December draw, and any headline prize or prize from the 23 December draw that is not claimed by its deadline, are awarded by a further random draw at [time] AEDT on Wednesday 30 December 2026, at the same place and under the same supervision. This is the last draw.

7.4 Each prize in these draws is drawn from the valid entries in its own Series that have not already won a prize, subject to clause 10.5.

7.5 There is no draw after 30 December. If a prize from the 30 December draw is not claimed by its deadline in clause 8.3, its winner cannot be found, or any prize is forfeited after that draw, We hold the prize until [date] and then deal with it as any relevant regulator directs.

8. Notification, verification and claims

8.1 Notification.

• A winning instant result is provisional, and the screen says "You've provisionally won". We email you within 2 business days to confirm the win and explain how to claim.
• Winners of the draws in clauses 6 and 7 are notified by email and phone on the day of the draw.

8.2 What you need to claim.

• Bonus prizes: confirm your details.
• Mid and headline prizes: also send a copy of current government-issued photo ID showing your name, date of birth and residential address.

We check your entry against the published method, your order, and clauses 3 and 4. We delete ID copies once checked and keep only a record that the check was done.

8.3 Claim deadline.

• Prizes notified before the 30 December draw: you must claim within 14 days of our notification, or by 5pm AEDT on Tuesday 29 December 2026 if that is earlier.
• Prizes from the 30 December draw: you must claim within 14 days of our notification.
• Unclaimed prizes go to the draws in clause 7.

8.4 If verification fails, the prize is forfeited and goes to the draws in clause 7.

8.5 Delivery.

• Bonus prizes are sent with your order or within 7 days of verification.
• Mid and headline prizes are delivered within 28 days of the instant win or draw that awarded them, or later if you agree in writing, to an address in an eligible state.
• Grand Theft Auto VI is released on 19 November 2026. A GTA VI prize won before then is sent after release, within the time above.
• You pay nothing to receive a prize.

8.6 Display errors. If a technical fault displays a winning result on an entry that is not a winning place under clause 5, that result is not valid. We will contact you, explain, and offer [goodwill gesture]. An error of this kind will never be used to refuse a prize that was validly won.

9. Refunds, chargebacks and entries

9.1 Entries for an order are void if:

• the order is refunded at your request for a reason other than a problem with the goods; or
• you reverse the payment through your bank (a chargeback).

Any prize on those entries is forfeited and goes to the draws in clause 7.

9.2 If a pack is faulty, damaged or not as described and we replace or refund it under the Australian Consumer Law, its entry stays valid.

9.3 Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Prizes

10.1 Prize values are in Australian dollars, including GST, as at [date of these terms]:

• the maker's recommended retail price, where the maker publishes one (Sony, Apple, and the PlayStation Store price for GTA VI);
• for the Milwaukee kits, which have no published recommended retail price, the advertised retail price at Total Tools and Sydney Tools.

The total prize pool is valued at up to A$9,118.00 (incl. GST). Each prize's value is in clause 13.

10.2 Prize descriptions.

• Grand Theft Auto VI prizes are the standard edition for PS5: a physical box containing a download code, with no disc. The game is rated R18+.
• The PlayStation 5 Pro is the 2TB console.
• The iPhone 18 Pro Max is the 256GB model, in the winner's choice of the standard colours available at the time of the claim.

10.3 Bonus prize. A bonus prize is a sealed pack of 10 cards from the same Series, plus a serial-numbered Winner card. Winner cards are made only as prizes and are not sold. The bonus prize is valued at A$12.95, the price of a pack, and does not give an entry into this or any other promotion.

10.4 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10.5 A person can win any number of bonus prizes, but no more than one mid prize and one headline prize per Series.

10.6 If a prize becomes unavailable because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer a similar prize of equal or greater value. We will first ask the winner to agree to the substitute in writing, and substitute without that agreement only if the prize cannot be supplied and we cannot agree on an alternative.

11. Winner publication

11.1 For at least 28 days after the last draw, we publish at pulldog.com.au/winners:

• each mid-prize and headline winner's first name, last initial, state, prize and Series;
• the number of bonus prizes awarded per Series;
• the results of the draws in clauses 6 and 7; and
• the secret from clause 5.4(e).

11.2 By claiming a mid or headline prize, you agree to this publication. We will not publish your full name or address.

12. General

12.1 We may disqualify any entry or entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses automated means, gives false details, exceeds entry limits, or acts in a way that is unlawful or unfair to other entrants. A forfeited prize goes to the draws in clause 7.

12.2 We may suspend, modify or end the promotion to protect its fairness if it is disrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Examples are fraud, technical failure, a payment-provider outage or a natural disaster. Any such action is subject to any direction from a State or Territory regulator, and in WA it requires the Gaming and Wagering Commission's written approval.

12.3 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or any prize, except loss caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law, that cannot be excluded.

12.4 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe or any prize brand. By entering, you release Meta and Instagram from all liability connected with the promotion.

12.5 Prizes are shown for promotional purposes. These are trade marks of their owners:

12.6 Privacy.

• We collect your name, email, phone, state, postcode, delivery address and order details, plus winners' ID copies. We use your date of birth to check your age before payment and do not keep it.
• We use them to run this promotion, check eligibility, contact and verify winners, deliver prizes, publish winners as clause 11 describes, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
• Without them we cannot give you an entry, but you can still buy packs.
• We share them with Stripe, our delivery, email and hosting providers, the independent supervisor, our advisers, and regulators when the law requires. Some of these are located overseas, including in [the United States].
• We use your details for marketing only if you opt in separately.

12.7 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

12.8 Our decisions on the promotion are final, subject to the law and any regulator's direction. Disputes can be raised at hello@pulldog.com.au, and we respond within 10 business days.

13. Prize schedule

The chances below are per pack and do not change with sales. "At the cap" is what is awarded if a Series reaches its 600-entry cap. If fewer packs sell, only the instant prizes in blocks that are reached are on offer (clause 5.7). Headline prizes are always awarded.
