These terms apply when you buy from pulldog.com. Please read them with our Shipping and Returns policy and our Privacy Policy. If a promotion is running, its promotion terms also apply.

1. Who we are

The seller is Studio Slate Pty Ltd, ACN 695 372 993, ABN 60 695 372 993, of Building H, 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West NSW 2140 ("Pulldog", "we", "us"). Contact us at hello@pulldog.com.

2. What you are buying

2.1 A Pulldog pack contains 10 printed collectible cards from the Series you choose. Each pack's cards are drawn at random from that Series. We pick your pack's cards from our stock when your payment is confirmed. You cannot choose individual cards.

2.2 Each Series page shows how often each rarity appears across that Series. These are average rates across all packs, not a promise about any single pack.

2.3 Cards are sold for collecting and play. We make no promise that any card has, or will have, resale value.

2.4 Card art is original illustration. Pictures on the site show examples; the cards you receive may differ.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Prices are in Australian dollars, include GST [if we are registered for GST], and include postage to any Australian address. There is no other charge.

3.2 These prices are the same for every Series and the same whether or not a promotion is running. We do not change prices during a promotion.

3.3 Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. [Buy-now-pay-later options are not available during promotions.]

3.4 If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before we ship. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

4.1 Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email.

4.2 We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if:

• the product is unavailable;
• we cannot deliver to your address;
• we reasonably suspect fraud; or
• the order exceeds our limits.

4.3 We only accept payment for products we expect to supply within the time stated in our Shipping and Returns policy. If we cannot supply them, we will tell you and refund you in full.

4.4 Packs are allocated to your order as soon as payment is confirmed. For that reason, orders cannot be changed or cancelled for change of mind after payment. See our Shipping and Returns policy.

5. Promotions

5.1 During some fixed-date campaigns, packs come with a free entry into a prize promotion. The promotion's own terms apply, including eligibility (18+, eligible states only) and entry limits.

5.2 If an order is refunded at your request for a reason other than a problem with the goods, or you reverse the payment through your bank, any promotion entries for that order are void. If a pack is faulty or not as described and we replace or refund it under the Australian Consumer Law, its entry stays valid.

6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

7. Liability

7.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or our liability for our negligence or breach of these terms.

7.2 Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding their price.

8. Your account and conduct

8.1 You must give accurate details. You must not use automated tools, multiple identities, or other people's payment details to buy from us.

8.2 We may refuse service if you breach these terms, abuse a promotion, or make fraudulent chargebacks.

9. Marketing

We only send marketing emails or texts if you opt in. Opting in is separate from accepting these terms. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it within 5 working days.

10. Intellectual property

The cards, art, names, logos and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may share photos of your cards. You may not copy or reproduce the art for sale.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. You can also rely on the laws of the state or territory where you live, to the extent they apply to you.
